Responsibilities:

1) Making the culture live - Mad Mex mission & values to be the core to everything that you do.

2) Ensure compliance of Mad Mex Policies & Procedures.

3) Stock rotation & Food Safety.

4) Food preparation, storage & cooking.

5) Use grill, six burner, rice cooker and deep fryer to prepare menu items. 6) Prepare products to ensure the quality and level of product is always available for service.

7) Maintain a clean and organized work space.

8) Adhere to all WH&S standards. 9) General Cleaning.

Key competencies: 1) Basic level of cooking experience. 2) Adequate level of Knife skills. 3) Ability to work quickly and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. 4) Good hygiene. 5) Ability to read and comprehend recipes. 6) Ability to communicate effectively.
